Very nice rooms in a bi-level house are available for rent now.
Location: 10 minutes walking to UM, just two minutes walking to 62, 70 and 72 bus stop.
Room with simple furniture: student desk, chair, bed.
Washroom with shower.
In addition: very nice house owner; free picking up from the airport.
Rent: $350/month (lower level), $400/month (upper level). heat, water, hydro, laundry, and high-speed Internet are all included. Quiet, tidy, responsible students with good personality are preferred. No pet, No smoke.
