The successful candidate will be skilled in analysis and problem solving, be enthusiastic, warm and welcoming. This position requires a demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time wisely, while putting the "Customer First". Experience with a busy, multi-line switchboard is essential. Knowledge of the operation of general office equipment would be an asset.
FULL TIME ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK
Vickar Automotive Group has an immediate opening for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. Automotive and/or CDK experience would be an asset. Wage commensurate with experience.
EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
The successful candidate will possess a good knowledge of standard accounting policies, knowledge of federal, provincial and local regulations pertaining to payroll and to the automotive industry in particular, experience with both accounts payable and accounts receivable and exposure to the operation of a multi-line switchboard. You will be analytical, organized, and bondable and have the ability to multi-task. Your skill sets will include competency in Microsoft Office, a working knowledge of bank and insurance processes, the processing and posting of sales invoices.
AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANTS
These candidates shall be experienced, organized, Team Players with an ability to work independently. These are fast-paced, high energy positions so time management skills and the ability to prioritize are essential qualities. A valid Manitoba Driver's License and clear criminal check are required.
DELIVERY CO-ORDINATOR
This person reviews the vehicle feature with the Customer upon delivery, sets up On-Star and answers any final questions about the operation of the vehicle, the instrument cluster and other features as well as assists the Customer with setting up in-car Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Duties also include paperwork preparation and follow-up calls. A clean criminal background, driver's license and clear driving record are required.
SERVICE ADVISORS
Multiple positions available in an import store. Candidates must be Customer Service oriented, energetic and outgoing. Experience would be considered an asset. Valid Driver's License required.
JOURNEYMAN BODY TECHNICIAN OR APPRENTICE
Minimum of two years' experience and own tools required. Valid Drivers' License and clean driving record are mandatory. Experience working in a "Lean Team" environment is an asset, but not necessary.
PAINT PREPPER
1-2 years' experience required. Must be a team player, capable of working in a team environment. Valid Drivers' License and clean driving record are mandatory.
JOURNEYMAN TECHNICIANS
Experienced, Red-Seal Certified Automotive Technicians required. Valid driver's license and own tools required.
Full Time and Term Positions - Parts Drivers
Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. A thorough knowledge of the city is required.
