frankly, the host providers in canada are much expensive than the ones in states,
I will recommend this one, (it's in states), one of my website is using it
I am transferring my another website to there soon, I know some other providers have cheaper solution, such as my previous one, which is really cheap, but I won't recommend (even I have used that one for over 3 years, but recently I can't stand its down time and lack of spam defense anymore).
