it may take 2 more year for Sponsorship and 5 more year for Immigration.

First thing is you have to make sure your income is high enough.

Single: over $36,000
Couple: over $41,000
With a kid: over $46,000

Then fill out the sponsorship form and wait. It takes 40 moth to sponsor application and then 1 - 2 years in Beijing
