Re: Hi, Please go to WWW.gov.mb.ca/hrc.&nbsp; read those code.<br /><br />我又一次访问了这个省政府人权委员会的网站（我曾经为了写作业，读过上面的一些东西），所有的CODES都是在"Human Rights Code"中。所以我们有人权法作为我们办事的规范。<br /><br />我英语和中文都不好，不过我可以对歧视的意思做个简单的解释（因为我的一篇谈歧视的文章得了一个班上难得的A）：<br /><br />若说全体中国人都爱作弊，那是歧视（因为这是明显的偏见）；若说有的中国人爱作弊，那就不是歧视（难道这不是事实？）。<br />
