有谁知道退登陆费的事情

求助!!求助-------我是去年10月登陆的新移民,11月底将退登陆费的申请邮寄出去,但是,到现在还没有任何消息,不知道和我大约一起登陆的同胞,有没有收到登陆费的,是不是我的退费申请发生了什么故障?有没有人知道退登陆费一般要多长时间??很感谢了.

登陆费是什么东西？ 我都不知道这个费用可以退的。。。？？

The new Right of Permanent Residence Fee is $490 for immigrants who become permanent residents under all social, humanitarian and economic classes. The change is effective as of 12:00 a.m. EDT on May 3, 2006.

If you paid the Right of Permanent Residence Fee, but did not become a permanent resident until after 12:00 a.m. EDT on May 3, 2006, you are entitled to a refund.
